JELLYFISH AS FOOD?

This article about jellyfish, was very nicely writen and got to the point quickly but was not overly brief. We loved the idea of the title, relating the food to a "happy meal" because in reality, jelly fish is very different from a Mcdonald's happy meal from America. The article brought in a new country to our blog (China) and touched on Japan as well, while also bringing in New Zealand, which is where the jellyfish originated.-erin
wow! this is interesting, i never knew people eat jellyfish before! looks gross, but ill have to try it!
