Crispy pata

Crispy pata is fried pork legs. This is the most popular Fillipine pork recipe. Pork is the most commonly eaten meat in the Phillipnes. It is eaten for both lunch and dinner, but most of the time it is the center of the dinner dishes. Normally, the pata is eaten with soya sauce, vinigar, and diced garlic sauce. It is very rich and heavy, which is another reason it is eaten for dinner commonly. Crispy pata is cooked in large portions and normally for large amounts of people.
