Al Chigae is a fish egg casserole dish which contains tofu and assortment of vegetables in a refreshing, spicy broth. The main ingredient is the fish, which is normally cod. Although these three foods-fish, egg, and vegtables, dont tend to go together in American dishes, this stew is one of Korea's most popular stews and main meals. Rice or steamed vegatble platters are eaten on the side with this stew. It is known to be very filling and rich in taste. The stew is eaten warm or hot.

Ddukbokki Korean RecipeThis meal is very common throughout the Korean streets. It is very traditional for Korea and is a very interesting combination of foods. The main two inrgients are rice and fish cakes, in a sauce that is also homemade. This cuisine is so unique because although to the American eye, it may seem like this meal is only for fancy retraunts, but it is actually sold along most street sidewalks of Korea.
