In Taiwan, Rooster Testicles are a very popular treat. The are big balls of delicious meat, with thin veins and a nice texture, similar to sausage. The insides are soft, and smooth. Most people would be disgusted to even consider trying something this exotic, but for those dare devils out there, this is a prefect meal for you! They are usually boiled and served without much seasoning. They are simple, but if you want an extra kick, try adding spice, or garlic to them.
