Chicken Intestines

In the Philippines, chicken intestines are a national dish.  They are barbecued, and have the same type of taste that BBQ food has in the United States. Intestines include an assortment of gizzards, liver, heart, head, and ears.  They are usually grilled on bamboo skewers, and tossed in a spicy sweet sauce.
